As the Director of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for scaling our customer acquisition via all direct response channels, with a heavy emphasis on paid social.

Requirements
Deep Understanding of Facebook / Meta Ads: This will be the primary channel you’ll be responsible for. You have a history of success in scaling and optimizing campaigns on the meta platform. You have a 6th sense of what creatives will perform, and know the Facebook ads platform like the back of your hand.. You know how to implement the right frameworks and cadences to scale campaigns.
Conversion Rate Optimization: You are well-versed with CRO and running A/B tests to improve conversion. You combine qualitative data like surveys and customer interviews with quantitative to improve the revenue from every pageview.
Understanding of Web Analytics: You know your way around GA-4, how to set up tracking, build reports, and do exploratory analyses to uncover insights.
Some SQL Preferred: Ideally the right candidate has some experience writing queries to connect online and offline data together.
Strong Writing Skills: You can create ad copy that resonates, and also document your work in a way that others can easily comprehend it.
Willing to Get Your Hands Dirty: As this is the first role, you’ll be responsible for doing a lot of the leg work yourself. You should thrive in building something from scratch, and be willing to do the work it takes to get there.
