Summary

The Talent Acquisition Lead, will lead our recruitment efforts and drive our talent strategy for the US & Canada region. This role is responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with leadership to attract top-tier candidates who align with our company’s values and goals. 

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all departments. 
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators. 
• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. 
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and high-impact roles. 
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships. 
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership to inform decision-making. 
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements. 
• All other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 
• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 
• Proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of roles, including executive-level positions. 
• Passion for talent attraction and employer branding 
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies and the ability to implement these elsewhere 
• Proven experience in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates across various industries  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers  
• Leadership and team management abilities to effectively attract and guide a recruiting team  
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions about recruitment strategies  
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing platforms.
