  • Mentor teams transitioning from Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches to Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and product-centric delivery practices.
  • Coach Product Owners on backlog management, prioritization, user story refinement, acceptance criteria, stakeholder engagement, and value-driven planning.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Delivery Leaders, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, Architecture, Security, PMO partners, vendors, and business stakeholders to improve Agile execution across multiple teams.
  • Guide teams in establishing effective Definition of Ready and Definition of Done standards that improve sprint readiness, quality, and delivery outcomes.
  • Provide coaching on Agile estimation techniques including Planning Poker, T-shirt sizing, affinity estimation, story points, capacity planning, and forecasting.
  • Support scaled Agile practices across Agile Release Trains, value streams, product teams, and enterprise delivery organizations operating within SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, or similar frameworks.
  • Participate in Program Increment planning, cross-team planning, Scrum of Scrums, dependency discussions, risk reviews, and delivery alignment sessions.
  • Assist Release Train Engineers, delivery leads, and portfolio partners in managing risks, dependencies, objectives, commitments, and impediments across teams.
  • Support portfolio planning, Lean Portfolio Management, Agile governance, product roadmap alignment, and value stream coordination as the organization scales delivery practices.
  • Promote iterative delivery over traditional project-driven execution by helping teams improve responsiveness to changing business priorities and customer needs.
