Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Playing an active role in driving our transformation into a product-centric and agile organisation as an integral part of the Transformation Programme Management department
- Managing and further developing the overarching transformation roadmap in close collaboration with our programme leadership
- Enabling our top management to make decisions and preparing presentations for our programme committees
- Fostering clear prioritisation in an agile environment and establishing strategic guardrails for our transformation
- Driving transparent programme communication and collaborating with programme stakeholders on different levels
- Further professionalising our programme management techniques while following a product-centric approach
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- At least five years of experience as a consultant and/or project/programme manager
- Excellent conceptual and organisational skills as well as a creative and hands-on working approach
- An eye for detail, always considering the bigger picture
- Analytical thinking, quick comprehension skills and strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent communication skills in English and (ideally) German
- Excellent PowerPoint skills and solid knowledge of Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
Desirable extras.
- A degree with a focus on business administration (or comparable qualification)
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence and Jira
