We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager for HRIT Compensation & Benefits to join our dynamic team.

This position will be accountable for delivering innovative that enable HR Compensation and Benefits business processes leveraging Workday, ADP, Middleware, and other technologies. The Compensation and Benefits Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams in selecting innovative technical solutions aligned with our Company's IT Platform Strategy and subsequently implementing these solutions. Additionally, this position requires continual engagement with industry, functional, and technology trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary HRIT point of contact for HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders regarding Compensation and Benefits functions/systems/applications.
Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy for HR Compensation and Benefits functions.
Align product initiatives with business objectives and HR strategies.
Define all IT deliverables across multiple workstreams to enable Compensation and Benefits and other related solutions.
Lead end-to-end project management for HR Compensation and Benefits initiatives, including planning, development, testing, and implementation.
Oversee the design and development of new features and functionalities to enhance Compensation and Benefits systems.
Drive Agile methodology across multiple projects, ensuring successful implementation on time and within budget.
Demonstrate innovative and implementation knowledge of AI concepts and their applications in HR processes to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Collaborate with data science teams to integrate AI models that can enhance Compensation and Benefits system functionalities.
Manage new implementation/enhancement requests for RPA BOTs for payroll and work with multiple teams to develop and design solutions.
Manage operational and project budgets.
Identify and implement improvements to reduce costs.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners across various functional areas.
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize the effectiveness and adoption of HR technology tools.
Ensure all HR Compensation and Benefits systems comply with relevant regulations, security standards, and best practices.
Manage data privacy and security risks associated with HR information systems.
Manage third-party vendors and development partners in a global environment.
Oversee vendor performance and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Manage payroll integration implementations/enhancements with ADP GDMS, ADP Streamline, ADP Celergo, ADP Workforce Now, ADP EV6, and comparable benefits systems understanding its functionalities, data structures, and integration capabilities with the Workday HCM System.
Support business teams through M&A projects by ensuring successful delivery of enhancements and systems integrations for Workday, payroll, and other related solutions.
Implement SSO between 3rd party payroll applications and collaborate with the Middleware team (Informatica, TIBCO) for data mapping.
Manage and design IT risk assessments, including identifying, evaluating, and analyzing risk mitigation.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
