We are looking to add a Technical Delivery Coordinator to join our Information Technology team in Waukee. As a Technical Delivery Coordinator II, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Facilitate Business Requirement Sessions: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that aligns with business needs.
- Translate Requirements: Convert business requirements into functional specifications, including data mapping, in collaboration with IT resources.
- Coordinate System Testing: Ensure successful implementation of new and enhanced systems through rigorous testing.
- Provide Production Support: Identify, resolve, document, and communicate production support issues effectively.
- Support Training Initiatives: Assist the learning and development team in creating and executing training documentation and release notes.
- Research Solutions: Determine if existing solutions meet business requirements.
- Implement Best Practices: Ensure consistency and maximum value in the solutions we provide and support.
- Special Projects: Take on special projects and other duties as requested.
What We’re Looking For:
- Business Analysis Expertise: Understanding of business analysis concepts and techniques for requirements elicitation, project scoping, and planning.
- Communication Skills: Ability to tailor messages to specific audiences.
- Project Management Knowledge: Basic understanding of Project Management and SDLC processes.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and deal with problems involving several variables.
- Commitment to Learning: Willingness to pursue relevant designations and continuing education.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Licensing: Business analyst certification (e.g. IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PBA)) a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years business analysis experience. Prior Salesforce experience or exposure a plus.
