Job Summary

This entry-level position is responsible for providing support to the assigned teams and successfully progressing through on-the-job learning to move into the next level role of their chosen career path. The incumbent will work on meaningful assignments and projects in one or more of the following Technology areas to include, but not limited to: Engineering, Software Development, Quality Engineering & Testing, Systems Analysis, BA, Security Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Process Automation, Machine Learning, AI, and more. You’ll work on challenging projects while growing your technical skills and progressing through your career at HCSC. You'll be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues while engaging with a cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and deploy complex solutions.

Required Job Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent, AND a certificate in a Technology, IT, computer science, software development, information security or similar discipline.
• Technical skills training in coding, programing language such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, and SQL, or other.
• Familiarity with programming languages and understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive.
• Willing to put in the time and effort to rapidly progress their skills through a combination of work projects, team coaching, on the job learning and self-training.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Some experience in an IT support role preferred.
• Prior IT related working experience a plus but not mandatory.
• Classroom or work-related experience in one or more of the following: Java, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, MVC, Data Analytics, or other programming language.
• Knowledge of Core Java, JavaScript, C++ or other software programming languages desired
