Senior C++ Software Engineer - Cloud (f/m/d)

<h2 id="position-description">Position Description</h2> <p>As a Senior C++ Software Engineer - Cloud at Cinemo, you will be part of our embedded development core team. Together with your other highly qualified and motivated team members, you will work on our optimized multi-platform connected media player focusing on embedded devices ensuring high software quality and revolutionary features.</p> <h2 id="responsibilities">Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Design and develop new features</li> <li>Produce high quality code to maintain and defend the company leadership position</li> <li>Maintain and improve existing software solutions</li> <li>Test and ensure high software quality</li> <li>Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation</li> </ul> <h2 id="experience--skills">Experience &amp; Skills</h2> <ul> <li>Strong experience (5+ years) in C++ &gt;=11</li> <li>Experience with network protocols and APIs such as HTTPS, gRPC and REST</li> <li>Unit- and Integration testing (using e.g. GTest)</li> <li>Development and debugging of multithreaded code</li> <li>Experience with integration of embedded browsers is a plus (e.g. Google CEF)</li> <li>Experience with Rust is a plus</li> <li>Good communication skills</li> <li>Proactive drive and enthusiasm for the subject</li> </ul>
