This newly created Portfolio Management role that will lead all Recruitment Operations within our Healthcare portfolio and in so doing will focus on client satisfaction, innovation and continuous improvement as well as inspirational leadership of our teams.
It is essential to have a background in Healthcare Recruitment with provider side experience of large Healthcare systems, if you have a passion for continuous improvement and innovation we certainly want to hear from you.
The role can be based remotely anywhere across the US.

Job Description
Responsible for leading RPO service delivery teams across a business sector, ensuring that programs, projects and the account financials meet or exceed the expectations of Cielo and our clients whilst continuously pursuing opportunities to improve client satisfaction, program efficiency, risk management and compliance.
Typical Responsibilites
- Build a high performing team of leaders focused on providing high quality services to exceed the expectations of clients
- Set clear performance standards and goals for the sector. Assess progress against goals and performance standards, hold leadership team accountable and proactively address gaps.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships at senior levels in the organization
- Partner with internal Cielo teams and client leaders to ensure successful implementations with new clients
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and risks, partner with the Strategic Account Management team to share insights
- Continually assess data relating to SOWs, KPIs and productivity. Ensure that productivity and resources are optimized across the sector and take prompt action to address gaps
- Provide inputs into the annual budgeting process
- Conduct workforce planning activities to identify needs and trends that facilitate early action to address resourcing needs
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors degree in business, HR or associated field preferred
Essential Requirements
- Significant experience leading client delivery teams in an RPO and / or Internal Talent Acquisition setting with a track record of quickly building and maintaining robust relationships at a senior level.
- Healthcare Recruitment operations experience
- Healthcare provider experience highly preferable
- Experience of Leveraging technology for innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience building and retaining large customer base within a Healthcare setting
- Experience of collaborating with key departments and SME’s across a global business
- Experience managing P&L’s of large volume and complexity or alternatively managing a large Talent Acquisition budget.
- Proven record of excellent people management skills with experience in inspiring, coaching and mentoring leaders of people
Additional Information
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals in this position is of $158,646 - $255,000 dependent upon experience, geography, and industry knowledge.
