Great opportunity to join with our Telecom project team supporting Northeast US markets (Upstate NY and New England) as a Project Controls Lead. This is a remote position but travel may be required to markets throughout the US.
The Telecom Project Controls Lead will report directly to the Compliance Program Manager and will be supported by local and regional leadership.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Ensures the integrity of the project budget through approved scope changes, fiscal changes and contingency reallocations
• Reviews and approves Earned Revenue Determination Data, Proposal Financial Summaries, Project Financial Status Reports, and Charge for Project Working Capital calculations for assigned projects.
• Plans staffing needs for assigned projects.
• Prepares, coordinates, and directs Project Controls presentations to Amentum and client management, as required.
• Participates in the development and training of assigned personnel and in the implementation of on-the-job training programs.
• Directs project control activities. Develops, interprets, and executes policy, objectives, and standards applicable to cost and schedule control and analysis activities.
• Prepares the Project Controls plan for assigned projects.
• Provides technical and operational direction to assigned personnel
• Verifies overhead charges and their distribution
• Flags significant projected overruns or underruns
• Reviews subcontractor bids for conformity to contract requirements
• Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness

Salary offer is geographic dependent and based on experience with a range of $70-$80k annually.
Here's What You'll Need:
Qualifications - External
• Knowledge and 5+ years of experience with Client databases (iComply, USH, RFSAP, IWM, etc)
• Knowledge and 5+ years of experience with Client requirements, deliverables, and submittal processes for HSE, RFSAP, HVE, and additional related tasks
• 5+ years of experience working on AT&T Turf projects
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely achievement of all tasks required for On-Air NTP
