Job Description
As a Software Engineer II – IAM & Java Development, you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance our systems and processes. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our team and the broader organization.What You'll Do- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and IAM technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new features.
- Ensure the security and scalability of our applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Continuously improve software development practices and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and IAM technologies.
- Familiarity with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Entra ID, Ping Identity, IdentityIQ).
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with other programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements.
