RN-Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic RN Supervisor to join our team. As an RN Supervisor at NCG Associates, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of nurses to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision, guidance, and support to a team of nurses
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
• Manage and coordinate daily nursing activities
• Assist with hiring, orienting, and training new nurses
• Evaluate and monitor the performance of nursing staff
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Facilitate effective communication and teamwork among the nursing staff
• Handle and resolve any patient or staff concerns

Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as an RN
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure
• Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other relevant healthcare software
• Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
