Job Description

• Support all employees with questions, training and guidance as needed
• Oversee all activities, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to, productivity is maximized, and operations are efficient
• Ensure completed customer orders are shipped without delay and assist with research of delivery note discrepancies
• Responsible for inspecting goods for damage, documenting any issues, and ensuring damaged goods are handled appropriately
• Receive inbound goods into ERP system and stow in designation locations
• Ensure proper paperwork is acquired for orders, foreign documents, shipping, instructions, etc.
• Make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations
• Ensure the safety policies are followed throughout the warehouse
• Communicate supply requirements of packaging materials to Order Fulfillment Manager
• Assist Shipping Specialist, Shipment Planner and Production as needed
• General housekeeping duties as required for each area of work

Qualifications

• Successfully completed high school diploma or equivalent
• Extensive work experience in warehouse functions, covering all areas and warehouse responsibilities
• First experience in supervising warehouse staff and interest to stay within a leading function
• Ability to deal with confrontational situations in a positive manner and to work collaboratively across the organization
• Proficiency in the use of copiers / scanners, personal computers, MS Office Products 
• Experience in the usage of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) - experience in Mobisys is desired, to train and support level one and level two employees
• Very good English skills orally and in writing

Additional Information

The salary range for this role lays between 52.000 - 64.000 USD per year for a full time employment, depending on the overall work experience.
