The Business Analyst (US) supports the Generative AI Platform team by gathering and documenting requirements, driving user story development, and assisting in agile execution. They collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and business units to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. This position helps optimize platform capabilities while maintaining a focus on user needs and business outcomes. 

What you will do:

  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation 

    • Elicit, analyze, and document requirements for new platform features or enhancements. 

    • Develop user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria in partnership with product managers and engineers. 

  • Agile Facilitation 

    • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution. 

    • Collaborate with the Scrum Master and product teams to prioritize the backlog. 

  • Stakeholder Management 

    • Serve as a liaison between the engineering teams and US-based business stakeholders to clarify requirements and gather feedback. 

    • Assist in change management and user adoption efforts, including training documentation. 

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst ideally within an AI or software development environment. 

  • Experience working in Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)

  • Deep understanding of highly complex multi-platform applications and systems and proficient at identifying and solving business problems through innovative and practical solutions

  • Experienced in collecting, documenting, communicating and managing system requirements from stakeholders and creating comprehensive reports, manuals, workflows, and specifications

  • Proficient at managing tasks, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery

  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changes in project scope, requirements, or technological advancements

What will set you apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification a plus. 

    Financial industry experience preferred

  • Prior production support and troubleshooting preferred

  • Experience as a QA or Developer preferred
