Inviting applications for the role of Senior Accounts Payable Operations Specialist – Domain Trainee – German – Hybrid Bucharest 

The Accounts Payable Europe organization is in charge of providing professional services to the legal entities (800+) operated by the client affiliates across 31 countries. Scope of service includes the end-to-end AP process, invoice processing, issue and hold resolution, vendor query management and AP related reconciliation activities.  

Responsibilities  

• Contact person for business and internal stakeholders for any AP related issues; owns regular operation rhythm with the end-to-end Supply chain operations and Finance.  

• Communication with external stakeholders   

• Work closely with Business stakeholders on handling of exceptions, specific requirements and complex issues of invoice processing and payment  

• Responsible for investigation and resolution of invoice discrepancies and deficiencies with requestors; ensure process controls and timely payment.  

• Provide technical guidance and share knowledge on processes and systems within the team in daily operations, train new joiners.
