The Product Management/Marketing Intern will work with the Product team on a variety of specific projects and areas as noted below. This position will report directly to the Product Manager, but will have exposure to the wider business teams. Interns will complete a capstone type project over the summer culminating in a presentation to business leadership.

Key Projects:

• Assist in the research and analysis of market trends and consumer needs.
• Support the creation of style product specifications and design tech packs.
• Support the creation of ticketing used on product
• Assist in editing print catalog and online product descriptions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations and sales.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new product development
• Help coordinate and conduct product testing and prototyping.
• Gather and document user feedback to refine product features.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Organize samples and distribute to sales and customers as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Product Design, Fashion Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CAD software and product lifecycle management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Certain peak periods may provide opportunity for overtime. This is a paid position. The internship will run from June to August. Exact dates flexible based on school schedules.
