Work Schedule:
50% FTE, day/evening shift. Monday through Friday with weekends included. This position rotates with other Office Assistant positions to cover PM Monday – Friday and weekend shifts. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:
- Assist the Radiology department with administrative duties.
- Work closely with Radiologists in the reading rooms to streamline workflow to reduce disruptions during interpretations for exams.
- Answer pages, phone calls, take messages and respond accordingly on behalf of the Radiologist.
Education:
Minimum – High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred – Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
Work Experience:
Minimum –
- One year of experience in an administrative support role
Preferred –
- Three years of experience in an administrative support function.
- Previous experience in a health care setting.
