As a Banking Book Product Owner – Associate in the Firmwide Finance Business Architecture team, you will drive large-scale infrastructure programs and business process changes. You will collaborate with a team of Product Owners to enhance data quality and reporting automation. Together, we will evolve our organization towards a globally consistent and usable data strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to implement changes outlined in the Book of Work.
  • Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Interpret change demands and create user stories to enhance data quality.
  • Engage with development teams to ensure business needs are met with technical specifications.
  • Align delivery of changes with the scheduled deployment plan.
  • Work with Lines of Business to strategically source data into a cloud-based architecture.
  • Understand data flows and complexities related to Finance and Risk applications.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 3+ years of financial services or related experience.
  • Exposure to data analysis, change management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Experience in planning and delivering results across multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, AWS Databricks, SQL.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills to partner with managers and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based big data architecture.
  • Knowledge of financial and management reporting strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Experience in program governance and change management practices.
