Position Summary:
The Senior Inventory Control Analyst serves as a point of contact between the 3PL Operation and the Pharmavite operations (Manufacturing and Logistics) teams regarding the movement of inbound and outbound of raw materials, components, and finish goods. The Senior Inventory Control Analyst is responsible to ensure inventory is accurate in both Pharmavite and 3PL systems. This role involves analyzing inventory data, coordinate mandatory cycle counts, perform inventory audits and adjustments.
Responsibilities:
· Audit of the applications and processes to ensure data integrity.
· Analyzes, reviews, and audits all inventory related activities. Identifies daily inventory discrepancies and partners with 3PL operation or Pharmavite operation team for resolution.
· Cooperate and collaborate within operations and cross-functional teams on continuous improvement programs to optimize supply chain and inventory processes.
· Maintains inventory accuracies, data queries, analysis, and reporting.
· Analyzes and reviews daily, weekly, and monthly cycle count metric reports for each site
· Performs procedural and inventory audits for 3PL facilities with management.
· Reconciles and performs inventory adjustments.
· Evaluate current inventory management processes, recommending and implementing enhancements for increased efficiency and accuracy.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline inventory processes and integrate best practices.
· Generate and analyze inventory reports, providing actionable insights to management.
· Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.
· Conduct regular Audits to verify inventory accuracy and integrity.
· Address and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies and with 3PL Operations, Pharmavite operation teams and external vendors.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
AA degree preferred or 5 years inventory control work experience.

Certification:
American Production & Inventory Control (APICS) certification is preferred.
Experience:
· Must have experience creating and reporting inventory Metrics.
· Must have a minimum of three to five years’ experience in a manufacturing supply chain environment. Process and computerized systems knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, materials, and inventory control is preferred.
· Experience working with JD Edwards or SAP is preferred.
· Experience in inventory management, inventory audits, physical inventory, and cycle count program.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and relate well with others from a variety of backgrounds and levels.
· Strong knowledge and ability of data mining and reporting tools (i.e. Cetova, JDE, Power BI).
· The ability to plan, organize, coordinate, schedule multiple tasks with minimal supervision, and adjust to changing priorities and assignments.
· Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word.
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and oral and written communication skills
· Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in inventory management software and advanced Excel skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
