PTA- Physical Therapist Assistant

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited college or university.
• 1 year of Home Health, Outpatient experience preferred as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) New York License Required
• Conduct home visit and providing direct patient care 
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use Hello Note but experience in this system is not required).
• Interest in working with both Pediatric and Geriatric patients.
• Excellent communication between the office staff and therapists
• Maintain up-to-date CPR certification and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Manage a minimum caseload of 4-5 patients.
