<p>Organisational Context</p><p>The purpose of the Change &amp; Transformation organisation is to ensure strong transformation by pro-actively steering and driving complex change with energy and rigour to deliver on our strategy. The core responsibilities are clustered around three areas:</p><ul><li><p>Steering the change portfolio</p></li><li><p>Driving the change delivery</p></li><li><p>Building capabilities for change management</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Roles &amp; responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>You report hierarchically to the Global Head of Consulting.</p></li><li><p>You lead a team of consulting professionals (7-10) who work on business (strategy) assignments for leadership across local and global functions and domains (DBNL, Wholesale, Finance &amp; Risk, Group functions). You also play a role in complex assignments either by doing assignments yourself or by supporting your team on assignments.</p></li><li><p>The assignments of Consultancy teams often result in change execution programs. The team therefore works closely with the expert teams in Change in program identification and setup.</p></li><li><p>You are leading a team of consultants who take on assignments in for example:</p><ul><li><p>Strategy or concept (impact) exploration and design</p></li><li><p>Organisational (re)design and transformation with focus on Target Operating Models (including Governance) and maturity assessments</p></li><li><p>(Regulatory) impact assessment, problem root cause and resolution analysis</p></li></ul></li><li><p>You are responsible for the development of capabilities of in-house consultants. You do so by on-the-job training, coaching, best practice sharing and quality assurance.</p></li><li><p>You set the standard for your expertise area and are responsible for developing, innovating and safeguarding knowledge in the field of your expertise.</p></li><li><p>You own and develop the methodologies (templates, documents etc) to support assignments, to ensure re-use and leverage in-house expertise</p></li><li><p>You help business partners (demanding parties) to be successful by assigning the right professionals for the job-to-the-done (taking into account the technical and behavioural competencies and profile).</p></li><li><p>You work closely together with the other Expert Leads to avoid silos between teams and to achieve synergies (cross-fertilization and efficiencies).</p></li><li><p>You drive collaboration across the organisation to ensure delivery on commitments, without relying on hierarchical structure or formal committees to do so.</p></li><li><p>You strengthen the “way of working” for delivery while safeguarding the Orange Code as a role model.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>How to succeed</p><p>We hire smart people like you for your potential.
