The Team
The Tommy Hilfiger eCommerce team in Europe drives the brand’s digital business across the region, covering tommy.com and key marketplace partners such as Zalando and About You. The team manages commercial, operational, and digital functions to deliver a premium online experience.
The Product Launch team ensures all seasonal and in-season launches go live on time, with complete, accurate, and compliant product data.

The Position
As Manager – Product Launch, you will lead a team of four specialists responsible for product onboarding and activation across owned and marketplace channels. You will set priorities, ensure deadlines and quality standards are met, and oversee product data governance, automation, and process improvement across PIM systems and related tools. Acting as the link between your team, internal partners, and vendors, you will ensure smooth execution and alignment on product data priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of four specialists, setting priorities and driving performance.
• Oversee product data blueprint, onboarding, and catalogue maintenance across all channels.
• Maintain product data governance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Manage creation and quality control of product descriptions and naming conventions, supporting vendor collaboration where needed.
• Act as primary contact for cross-functional projects on product data priorities and support the strategic roadmap for PIM systems, product tagging platforms, and related tools.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Use reporting and analytics to monitor and enhance data quality.
• Guide system enhancements from requirements to testing and deployment.

• Data Accuracy and Completeness: Launches meet agreed standards, with reliable and compliant data.
• Onboarding Timeliness: All seasonal and in-season launches delivered on time.
• Team Performance: Clear evidence of capability growth and high delivery standards.
• Process Efficiency: Improved workflows through automation and optimization.
• Collaboration: Strong partnerships with internal teams and external partners.
 

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years in Master Data, Product Information Management (PIM), or eCommerce onboarding, including 3+ years in a managerial role; fashion and sports eCommerce experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a specialist team.
• Expertise in PIM systems and understanding of the eCommerce systems landscape (data creation platforms, APIs, commerce solutions).
• Strong data management skills, including proficiency in Excel; experience with data lakes (such as Grafana) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL, and experience pulling data from databases or BI platforms.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to work independently in a complex environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to drive collaboration, manage priorities, and assess ROI.
• Problem-solving mindset with an entrepreneurial approach.

• Bachelor’s degree in data management, information systems, product information management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Degrees in business are also valuable when combined with strong data expertise. Ideal for individuals skill
