Purpose of the role

We currently seek a dedicated and passionate Retail Consultant for a Part Time position for our counter within Aesop Stockholm Arlanda Airport. The successful applicant will have flexible availability and may be required to work weekends.

In this role, you will be directly employed by Aesop but applicants will undergo a thorough vetting process with Dufry, the global travel retailer located in 58 countries worldwide. As we are in a dynamic airport environment, we operate on a rotating roster with potential late-night finishes (8:00pm) and early starts (5:00am)

What we are looking for

• Experience operating within a customer service role or environment 

• Effective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomes 

• History of successfully participating in and contributing to a team

• Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all

• Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives

• Strong communication skills – fluency in Swedish and English required

• Working knowledge of skin care and skin care industry (advantageous)

• Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance and home categories (advantageous) 

Our Aesop Stockholm Arlanda Airport counter provides an opportunity to host our customers in a unique fast-paced environment. In order to succeed in this role; you will possess a high standard of organisation, time management and commercial capability.

This position is Part Time, 32 hours per week and operates an on-site working pattern.
