In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with leaders and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear visualizations and actionable insights.

You’ll own the development of dashboards end-to-end — from gathering requirements to deployment and iteration. While the primary focus of this role is data analysis and visualization, you'll also lead critical ad-hoc data engineering efforts and own the reliability of the data sources supporting your work.

The ideal candidate is a strong data analyst with solid dashboarding skills who is interested in transitioning into a full-time data engineering role within the next six to twelve months.

What You'll do

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards that deliver insights to key stakeholders across departments
  • Translate business questions into analytical approaches and data visualizations
  • Monitor and optimize reporting tools to ensure performance, usability, and data accuracy
  • Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in the data
  • Partner with data engineers to ensure data pipelines align with reporting needs
  • Support the creation and documentation of reporting standards and best practices
  • Troubleshoot data issues and assist with QA for new or updated dashboards
  • Contribute to ongoing data strategy discussions and help evolve analytics maturity across the company

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Experience translating stakeholder needs into visual reporting solutions
  • Familiarity with data pipeline concepts or tools
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive mindset — you’re motivated to uncover insights and improve how data is used

Pay is commensurate on a variety of factors, including experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
