You’ll own the development of dashboards end-to-end — from gathering requirements to deployment and iteration. The ideal candidate is a strong data analyst with solid dashboarding skills who is interested in transitioning into a full-time data engineering role within the next six to twelve months.
What You'll do
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards that deliver insights to key stakeholders across departments
- Translate business questions into analytical approaches and data visualizations
- Monitor and optimize reporting tools to ensure performance, usability, and data accuracy
- Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in the data
- Partner with data engineers to ensure data pipelines align with reporting needs
- Support the creation and documentation of reporting standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot data issues and assist with QA for new or updated dashboards
- Contribute to ongoing data strategy discussions and help evolve analytics maturity across the company
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Experience translating stakeholder needs into visual reporting solutions
- Familiarity with data pipeline concepts or tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A proactive mindset — you’re motivated to uncover insights and improve how data is used
