Are you up for a delicious challenge that's as satisfying as biting into your favorite taco? We're on the hunt for an AWS Serverless Software Engineer - Marketing Technology to help us whip up something special – a customer-focused marketing technology platform that's changing the way we engage with our digital-savvy customers.

 Your Role

As an AWS Serverless Software Engineer - Marketing Technology, you'll play a crucial role in crafting a modern tech experience that keeps our customers coming back for more. Imagine building serverless microservices that turn everyday interactions into delightful moments. Your work will be the secret ingredient that boosts engagement, enhances customer satisfaction, and keeps us ahead of the game.

Your Responsibilities

• Work with AWS serverless technologies to create innovative software solutions that hit the sweet spot.
• Collaborate with a talented team, including software architects, developers, QA experts, and more, to whip up solid systems.
• Put your architectural skills to good use by creating diagrams and offering solution options that hit the right notes.
• Join the Agile rhythm with daily standups, sprint planning, and the occasional retrospective groove.
• Engage in peer code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and collaboration with fellow tech enthusiasts.
• Mix it up by partnering with software engineers across YUM brands and vendor pals to cook up solutions that shine.

 Does This Sound Like You?

• Whether it's a degree or the equivalent in hands-on experience, you've got the skills to back your play.
• AWS serverless cloud computing is like your playground, with Lambda, API GW, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, S3, Event Bridge, and Route53 as your favorite toys.
• You're a pro at crafting HTTP/REST APIs, and drafting API contracts is your jam. With 3 years of software developer magic, you've mastered at least one OOP language, and TypeScript and/or JavaScript are old friends.
• You know your way around Git and The Serverless Framework, and AWS Step Functions and AWS CDK are like second nature.
• Communication? You've got it down. Whether it's with IT or the business side, you can dish out your ideas and collaborate like a pro.
