Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond..<br/> <br/> Find out more about Kanadevia Inova at www.kanadevia-inova.com.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Responsible for the full Building Services scope (electrical, HVAC, firefighting) in terms of cost, quality and time:</p><ol><li>Professional guidance on different project functions within the project scope, leading a team of 2-3 system engineers</li><li>Coordination and provision of Concept and Basic Engineering under consideration of internal and external interfaces</li><li>Preparation of technical specifications for the Building Services systems</li><li>Responsible for supplier selection and timely purchase order and expediting during detail engineering (incl. documentation management and inspections)</li><li>Coordination of the construction works with regard to the integration of the plant as a whole, check of the interfaces for every single lot</li></ol><h3>Qualifications</h3><ol><li>5+ experience in similar role, with good Process and Product knowledge</li><li>Mechanical/Electrical engineering degree for all above mentioned Building Services Lots</li><li>Fluency in English</li><li>Competence in planning, team-leading and communication skills</li><li>Experience in dealing with suppliers and in procuring complex systems and with multidisciplinary project teams</li></ol><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity</li><li>Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company</li><li>Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy</li><li>Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines</li><li>Excellent employment conditions</li><li>Attractive working place (central, good transport links)</li><li>Modern infrastructure</li></ul><p>For HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
