- The Manager, Retail Reporting & Systems will create and continuously approve the framework for all retailer-facing reporting and systems. Responsibilities will include cultivation and oversight of the overall Genesis retailer reporting eco-system. This position will lead the creation of retailer reporting dashboards, regional scorecards and manage the Genesis Dealer Performance Management reporting system. This position will act as the subject matter expert for all retailer-facing systems and will support the Genesis Retail Operations team to ensure proper systems and reporting alignment. Other key responsibilities will include leading the streamlining of the systems/data amalgamation process to support GMA’s external reporting needs.
Major Responsibilities
- Cultivate and oversee for the GMA retailer reporting eco-system.
- Create and manage of the retailer reporting dashboard.
- Act as business subject matter expert for, and manage development of, the Dealer Performance Management system (DPM).
- Align internal systems to support the Genesis customer journey map.
- Support retailer-facing systems to optimize the Genesis Keystone program.
- Identify required systems that will drive systemic change and improvement across the GMA Retailer Network.
- Lead creation and implementation of the Retail Contact Report.
- Use advanced knowledge to identify need for, develop, and maintain reporting to support Genesis strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate information is communicated to the Genesis field team.
- Manage month-end executive sales reporting.
- Review new proposals for systems and make recommendations to GMA management.
- Exercise discretion and support corporate governance, mid-term, and long-term corporate planning as needed.
- Work with internal stakeholders (Sales, Service & Marketing) to ensure proper alignment of reporting and data.
- Support weekend business consolidation and report-out to the executive team.

- Plan, KPI tracking, and high impact interventions focused on retailer management, team performance and process.
Education
~ Bachelor’s degree required.~ Master’s degree a plusRelated Experience
- Six or more years of work experience in automotive industry (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of automotive industry: data, systems, and process focus.
- Experience with field operations and sales planning.
- Experience with developing strong, positive working relations.
- Three or more years of process improvement experience in both dealer facing and corporate environments.
- Two or more years of experience with Salesforce a plus.
- Experience with standard automotive systems (Market Master Online, Financial Statement Reporting, Lead Management dashboards, Experian Velocity, Salesforce, etc.).
Skills/Knowledge
- Excellent communication skills including listening, oral and written presentation.

- Ability to analyze, interpret, communicate complex information.
- Excellent time management & planning skills, ability to multitask, ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment with shifting priorities.
