About the role

Overview

The Administrative Services Coordinator II will provide administrative support to the Center for Autism Services, Science and Innovation (CASSI) clinic and Research and Education for All Children (REACH) program. The incumbent will provide onboarding support for all of CASSI.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all onboarding, hiring, terminations, and promotions for both the clinic and REACH departments of CASSI across all locations.
  • Manage all equipment supply and documentation in Navigator across all locations. Place orders for remote staff supplies and equipment. Record inventory of items in Navigator. Ensure items are returned to CASSI by employees who are terminated or transfer out of the department.
  • Review and update location in Navigator for all employees to ensure that funding is correct.
  • Receive requests and tracks orders for continuing education units (CEU) for providers.
  • Update NIRS reporting database for CASSI providers. Collect data of talks and track presentations.
  • Upload CPR cards to track expiration dates for non-providers and non-MD staff.
  • Facilitate departmental orientation every two weeks for new employees.
  • Attend Kennedy Krieger New Employee Orientation to meet new CASSI employees.
  • Submit and updates orientation checklist to MDS files for all new employees and audits existing employee files in MDS to ensure compliance with Joint Commission requirements.
  • Create weekly reports on employee standings (new hires, terminations, and promotions) for monthly staff meetings. Pulls employee reports for each CASSI location monthly.
  • Request and submit report requests from Assistant Director, Administrative Operations and the Manager of Business Operations as needed.
  • Qualifications

    EDUCATION:

    High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

     

    EXPERIENCE:

    Minimum 3 to 4 years of administrative support or other professional experience required, preferably in a pediatric setting.

    USD $45,176.35/Yr.

    Maximum pay range

    USD $75,492.14/Yr.
