Required qualifications, skills and experience

Associate degree in Engineering/Construction/Architecture/Management, or related field from an accredited institution; or a High School Diploma or equivalent with related experience.

One (1) year of related work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, three (3) years of related experience with an Associate degree, or five (5) years of related experience in building construction/maintenance within the State of Florida with a High School Diploma or equivalent. Educational Facilities experience preferred.
