Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Lead Clinical Nutrition and Compounding business unit (in-house and outsourcing) performance and strategic programs for the company's key acute and outpatient markets to meet their needs.
- Responsible for directing the development of marketing strategy and tactics, implementation and control of marketing programs to maintain and increase market share and profits for CAPS 503A, Compounding, and Nutrition portfolio.
- Ensure the attainment of organization goals of market share, profit, price, and revenue.
- Development and implementation of overall business and marketing plans that create alignment and a clear vision that drives successful achievement of business objectives.
- Oversee the development of strategic and tactical business plans, budgets, forecasts, metrics, and measures key performance indicators to monitor and evaluate results.
- Responsible for ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration in all business areas.
- Understand healthcare industry trends, competition, health economics, and customer insights.
- Direct trade show activities to manage booth activities in coordination with the trade show and convention steam.
- Prepare monthly report to monitor the success of marketing plans, sales and other key projects.

- Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
- Interacts with internal and/or external clients and customers to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations. May consult with senior management.
