The Senior Business Management Analyst provides specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area and implement policies/processes and/or initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives. May provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.
US FCRM is seeking a Senior Business Management Analyst to support Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Third-Party Risk Management functions in the US. This role will primarily support the US FCRM teams to manage the relevant processes and planning initiatives. Ideal candidates should have experience in business management or operations role within financial services. Strong writing, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage internal communication channels effectively. Daily responsibilities will include but not limited to, supporting Business Continuity Management (BCM) review process, supporting respective US FCRM teams. Periodically assesses business continuity and disaster recovery planning materials to verify compliance with governance. Supporting annual planning cycles and ongoing governance of the Business Continuity Plan, including business updates and milestones. Coordinating and monitoring BCM recovery testing exercise events to ensure activities progress according to event plans, issues are logged, and status reporting is provided to stakeholders. Build robust relationships with all stakeholders. Continuous interaction and relationship building with AML Teams. Collaborate with communication team to communicate key initiatives, and changes for Business Continuity and Real Estate. Responsible for managing reviews and escalation for the Third-Party Risk Management Control Assessments and support Incident Management in the case of a bank Event.

Education & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree
- 5+years relevant experience

Customer Accountabilities:
- Provides specialized business management related advice/support to management / leadership and respective teams for area(s) of specialization with industry, external and internal, enterprise and business awareness; understand trends, identify issues and opportunities and provide recommended action to management
- Leads on the implementation of initiatives in support of the overall business/function strategy
- Manages a set of business management work activities requiring coordination across multiple areas
- Supports / manages the integrated implementation of policies/processes / procedures / changes across multiple functional areas
- Provides subject matter expertise and/or input to projects/initiatives as a representative for area of specialization, and where necessary participate in identifying, designing and testing solutions and supporting implementation activities
Shareholder Accountabilities:
- May develop and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level
