Automotive Lot Attendant - Flow Mercedes Benz of Charlottesville

Flow Mercedes Benz of Charlottesville is seeking a full time Sales Lot Attendant. 

The principal role of the Lot Attendant is to maintain an organized, beautifully displayed and ready to show inventory. The Lot Attendant will also maintain the showroom floor for attractive display.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Lot Attendant is to stock in new and used vehicles, and have ready for demonstration and sale
• To assist Sales Managers in all inventory related tasks.
• To Ensure new vehicles are stocked in properly
• Prepare Get Ready form based on Sales Management or Client Advisors input
• Prepare keys for Key Track system and owners portfolio
• Log keys in Key Track system
• Work with the Service Department to ensure timely completion of PDIs, clean to show, etc.
• Ensure displays on the lot or showroom are clean and presentable
• Coordinate any service needs (CPOs, Pre Owned car inspections, washes etc) for the car with Pre Owned Manager and ensure timely completion with the service department.
• Ensure Pre Owned vehicles are properly stocked in with correct display stickers
• Inspect vehicles for any missed needs
• On a regular basis, review vehicles for proper window stickers, stock tags, Buyers Guides, etc.
• On a regular basis, review vehicles for sufficient fuel levels
• When necessary, assist Sales Client Advisors (with management permission) with duties related to sale or display of inventory
