Project Manager 4

• Develop presentations and communications for AIDE and BU level meetings;

o   Objective and key statuses and metrics.

• Assist with design and implementation of functional and project specific OKRs;
• Help coordinate VP/Leadership-level meetings;

o   Prepare content such as VP/Leadership announcements and coordinate meeting logistics.

• Prepare AIDE and BU wide communications
• Track AIDE and BU wide transformation and enterprise risk initiatives

o   Track metrics and status updates.

• Own incident management for AWS and GCP cloud incidents, facilitate root cause analysis, ensure short term and long-term resolutions are addressed, and provide detailed report to leadership.
• Coordinate Leadership office meetings and prepare content in support
• Schedule and run team-level meetings;

o   Logistics including bi-weekly extended staff.

o   Capture and publish notes, actions, and content.

• Manage updates to team-owned web content; and
• Manage the design and implementation and tracking of OKR’s for AIDE and the BU.

Minimum Salary: $90,000.00

Maximum Salary:$138,000.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $90,000.00 and $138,000.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
