We seek to add a creative, versatile, and skilled Associate Manager, Social & Design, to support the Luxury Division, leading the success of social media marketing and graphic design of brands within the portfolio. The functions of this job include a healthy split between leading strategies and execution of social media marketing and graphic design to support business objectives that reinforce brand messaging. This position reports to the VP of Luxury Brand Strategy. It will collaborate closely with the Manager of Brand & Creative to achieve success for all brands within the luxury portfolio and O’Neill corporate communications.
Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Graphic Design: Develop visual concepts and create various media designs that communicate brand identities across multiple platforms
- Social Media: Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and community engagement that bolsters brand messaging while growing profiles and following. Campaigns and strategies may include working with brand influencers and partnerships, including identifying and managing to amplify brand messaging.
- Content Calendars: Manage and optimize content calendars for all brands across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, paid advertising, PR, events, Tasting Room promotions, DTC campaigns, Membership calendars, and more, with efficient processes and timely publication.
- Content Creation: In collaboration with teammates, create brand content to be shared across various platforms, including post-production editing and design to enhance brand aesthetics and adhere to guidelines.
- Performance Management: Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization across all channels.
- Email: Support with the design of email campaigns and communications.
- Marketing Campaigns: Support in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and consumer engagement, especially in the social media field.
- Website Management: Maintain and update company and brand websites ensuring they are user-friendly, up-to-date, optimized for conversions, and communicate brand messaging.
- Reporting: Create and distribute reports that track and analyze key performance indicators to measure effectiveness, track efforts, and build success toward brand and company-wide goals.
- Agency Management: Manage or work with agencies or third parties to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, departmental teams, and third parties.
- Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline processes, nurture leads, and engage with customers at different stages of the buyer’s journey.
- Compliance and Data Privacy: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and data privacy laws, including implementing best practices.
- Sustainability Messaging: Incorporate sustainability themes and eco-conscious messaging into social media content, campaigns, and partnerships to promote the company's commitment to environmental responsibility.
