About the Role

Blueprint is seeking a Music and Talent Contracts Specialist to provide contract and operational support for music and talent initiatives within a leading interactive entertainment organization. In this role, you’ll manage high-volume contract workflows, maintain accurate agreement and payment records, and help ensure contracts, vendors, and payments move efficiently through the appropriate review and approval processes.

You’ll collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and creative stakeholders, as well as external partners such as record labels, publishers, composers, and talent representatives. This position is primarily focused on independent contract and operational work, with limited recurring meetings.

What You'll Do

  • Manage music and talent agreements throughout the contract lifecycle, including routing documents for signature, tracking completion, archiving executed agreements, and monitoring expiration dates.
  • Prepare and distribute NDAs, licensing requests, amendments, work-for-hire agreements, and other music or talent documents using approved templates.
  • Review agreements and extract key contractual, financial, and rights-related information for entry into contract management systems.
  • Respond to contract-related inquiries, retrieve agreements, and summarize key deal terms for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate contract trackers, agreement maps, rights documentation, and deal records in SharePoint and other contract databases.
  • Coordinate contract reviews through meetings, conference calls, and email while tracking documentation submitted across multiple departments.
  • Support internal music rights information requests and archive responses for auditing, reporting, and visibility.
  • Open and manage purchase orders and electronic invoices, monitor payment status, and resolve payment delays.
  • Submit payment-term change requests and coordinate required approvals with finance.
  • Support supplier onboarding by collecting tax and vendor documentation, maintaining accurate account information, and completing internal sponsorship requirements.
  • Respond to supplier inquiries related to payments, taxes, account setup, and vendor-system troubleshooting.
  • Maintain internal contract, rights, payment, and supplier management systems.
  • Generate payment reports, contract summaries, and other operational documentation for internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for contract management and compliance processes.
  • Complete special administrative and operational projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • At least three years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, music licensing, entertainment business affairs, or a closely related area.
  • Significant experience supporting contracts involving music, talent, licensing, or related entertainment rights.
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines, competing priorities, and high-volume administrative workflows with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating across legal, finance, procurement, and creative functions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat, electronic sig
