CATERING LEAD (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

 

• We are hiring immediately for full and part time CATERING LEAD positions.
• Location: Microsoft - 4344 150th Avenue North East Overlake Bus, Redmond, WA 98052. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full & Part time schedules available. Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: 2 years of previous related experience is preferred.

Job Summary

Summary:   Direct the activities of associates during catered events and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.  

Key Responsibilities

• • • Direct and coach catering attendants and drivers to maintain high standards.
    • Interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately.
    • Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of food, beverages, and equipment.
    • Stage catering equipment for meetings and conferences.
    • Meet and greet clients, ensuring satisfaction and professional service.
    • Log food temperatures and waste records.
    • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
    • Process Mobile Work Orders daily.
    • Communicate effectively with Culinary, Venue, and Management teams.
    • Other Duties as asigned.

  Qualifications

• Experience: Previous catering or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
