Mobile Device Manager - Contractor

The Mobile Device Manager will be responsible for ensuring Digital Turbine’s products aresuccessfully integrated on all new mobile devices. This role requires coordination with externalpartners on device launch dates and requirements, front line communication with device OEMsto troubleshoot and track issues, and testing and certification of Digital Turbine software onnew mobile devices. The Mobile Device Manager will be responsible for managing high-profiledevice launches in a fast-paced technology environment. The role will also be responsible formaintaining, organizing, and tracking Digital Turbine’s collection of 400+ mobile devices.
About the Role
 Management and communication of mobile device timelines to internal Digital Turbinestakeholders Certifying the DT Ignite product on upcoming device launches and new firmware builds(software updates) for wireless carriers and OEM partners Front-line support and communication for any DT Ignite issues raised by the wirelesscarriers or OEM partners Working internally with Digital Turbine Product and Development teams to explainissues and track progress Responsible for tracking and submitting the latest DT Ignite builds to external partnersfor integration on new devices Responsible for maintaining, organizing, and tracking all Android test devices
About You
 Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 2 years of mobile QA experience Expert in Android OS (all versions) Experience with ADB, flashing, and rooting Android devices Experience with mobile device launch cycles Experience with JIRA & Confluence Exceptional analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication (both oral andwritten) skills Self-motivated, driven, resourceful and able to get things done Enjoy working in fast-paced, collaborative, Agile environments Ability to adapt and learn quickly is a fundamental necessityAbout Digital Turbine:
