At Phoenix MRO, we specialize in the repair of electronic components for aircraft. As a Customer Account Specialist with our team, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with internal and external customers daily to provide excellent customer service. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving operational excellence, and supporting compliance in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers—providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns with professionalism.

  • Manage repair orders from induction through delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Global Trade regulations.

  • Execute contract requirements, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.

  • Process and adjudicate warranty claims in a fair and timely manner.

  • Partner with internal operations and engineering teams to resolve customer issues and deliver effective solutions.

  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact customer satisfaction or on-time delivery.

  • Support accounts receivable dispute resolution, working closely with Finance to drive closure.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Working experience in contracts, customer account management, or warranty administration, ideally in an aerospace, defense, or similar environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
