What you get to do in this role:

  • Provide administration and support of SailPoint IIQ products
  • Manage a fully integrated, highly available application environment
  • Provides in-depth technical development of efficient application systems utilizing established standards, procedures and methodologies.
  • Responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
  • Installing, upgrading, patching, deploying, configuring, programming, testing, and documentation in a complex enterprise IAM solution.
  • Troubleshoot complex account issues with in multi-directory enterprise solution, Log investigations, vendor escalation, process change development, incident and problem management, change management, Supply work estimates for tasks.
  • Review and support technical components for complex applications, monitoring of infrastructure components
  • Plan and execute ITIL activities for incidents, problems, changes and enhancements
  • Provide thorough incident investigation, diagnosis, and resolution
  • Communicate effectively with peers, quality control, testing, and other technology teams
  • Display a strong focus on documentation and standards
  • Utilize knowledge of Linux with basic scripting skills for platform support

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • An Ideal candidate would have proven experience within IAM application integration, audit, operational risk management, or technology.
  • Someone with strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as having excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • 4+ years of relevant IAM experience working with IIQ 7.x+ , Identity integrations, including one or more of Active Directory, LDAP, ServiceNow and other cloud / federated Identity Management systems
  • Identity & Access Governance knowledge including Role based access control, access requests and certification
  • Solid experience in Agile development processes and DevOps culture
  • a learning mindset and keen interest to build your knowledge of User Access Management
  • Knowledge in infrastructure technologies such as UNIX, Windows, Active Directory, LDAP, and load balancers
  • Experience with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell) and SQL queries
