The Senior HR Solutions Partner supports the human resources function in the implementation and execution of effective human resource policies and practices which help the assigned client group achieve their business results.

The Senior HR Solutions Partner work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

• The Senior HR Solutions Partner provides expertise through HR consulting and coaching including working with business leaders to solve significant people issues, provides expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, contingent labor including, policy, process & practices, administration, performance management, workforce reductions, etc.

• Works across multiple Human Resources sub-families including Compensation, Benefits, Strategic Human Resources, Mergers & Acquisition, HR program/policy development, administration, compliance, employee hiring, onboarding, training, termination, records maintenance, employee and labor relations and communications.

• Begins to influence department’s strategy.

• Will investigate executive level concerns and will need to provide comprehensive summary and recommendations for action on moderately complex to complex issues investigations as work is performed without direction.

• Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Typically requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 10 + years of technical experience.

• Experience with executive level investigations

• At least Intermediate experience with Excel and PowerPoint

• Attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Workday and ServiceNow

• Experience in healthcare field is helpful

Remote or Hybrid-Home/Office if within commuting distance of a Humana office.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
