Cutting Edge Fabrication is a leading metal fabrication company producing medium to large-complex metal weldments for various industries such as transportation, defense, and aerospace.  We have a new owner and new management team and are looking to grow upon the foundation that has been built over the past three decades.  Our priorities are safety, quality, and on time delivery which ensures that we are properly taking care of our employees and customers.  We are looking to grow and are looking for those who have a continuous improvement mindset.

Main Responsibilities:

We're adding a full-time Shipping/Receiving and General Laborer position to our team. You will drive the company pickup truck and stake bed truck (only regular license required not CDL) and help in other areas in the shop, including banding parts for shipment, operating the overhead cranes, cleaning/deburring parts, property snow removal, driving forklift and loading/unloading materials.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record that our insurance company will approve.

• Enjoy multi-tasking in the workplace.

• Able to work at a quick, detailed pace.

• Willing to be hands-on and not afraid to get their hands dirty.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus.

• Must have good attendance and be on time.

• Embrace and demonstrate company values.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
