We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Support Facilities Maintenance Technician based out of the Lathrop, CA warehouse. The Support Facilities Maintenance Technician will report to the Support Facilities Supervisor, and is responsible for assisting in the management of all regular maintenance, all deferred maintenance, and minor repairs for the In-N-Out Burger Support Facilities (non-store properties).

Come join our family at In-N-Out Burger!We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Support Facilities Maintenance Technician based out of the Lathrop, CA warehouse. The Support Facilities Maintenance Technician will report to the Support Facilities Supervisor, and is responsible for assisting in the management of all regular maintenance, all deferred maintenance, and minor repairs for the In-N-Out Burger Support Facilities (non-store properties).
General Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of In-N-Out Burger warehouses, offices, and facilities (Lathrop, CA); some out-of-state travel expected
- Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the equipment at the distribution centers
- Work closely with other In-N-Out support teams, including Real Estate, Warehousing, Meat and Spread, Fleet Services, Cookout, Asset Protection, IT, Merchandise, as well as with 3rd party vendors and contractors
- Help coordinate and work with both internal associate maintenance teams and outside maintenance vendors
- Complete assigned projects and tasks related to minor new construction, which may include general and preventative maintenance, HVAC maintenance, concrete and asphalt maintenance, building repairs, roofing, paint, and cosmetic improvements
- Maintenance tasks include: Repairs on toilet facilities, clearing drains, drywall patching holes, mixing materials, tile repair, and ceiling repair
- Basic cleaning and maintenance of HVAC equipment
- Minor repairs on furniture, floors, vent registers, doors, door hardware, and locks
- Electrical repair: install/repair light switches, receptacles, ballast, power cords, timers, and fans
- Oversight of work with outside contractors for projects like: HVAC, Roll-up doors, Elevators, Gates, Gate openers, installation of doors, Door frames, sink frames and Install fixtures, rough and finish carpentry such as framing, installing cabinets, office equipment, and molding
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and warehouse equipment
- Work well independently with little or no supervision
Work Schedule + Benefits
- Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
- Pay Range is $35.15-$38.75 per hour
The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors. - Schedule: Five days a week (one weekend day required)
- Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
- Location: Lathrop, CA Warehouse
- Travel is required (25%); company vehicle will be provided

Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in: Facilities Management, Electrical, Plumbing, ADA, ergonomics, HVAC and Carpentry; and regulatory reporting and required testing
- Certification through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to handle refrigerants; preferred
- 1-5+ years’ experience in warehouse equipment repair, or a similar role in facilities management
- Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school; preferred
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
- Knowledge of High Voltage AC Power (3 Phase)
