Behavioral Health Venue Clinical Strategist - Staff Clinical Consultant

Responsible for driving the client through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value.  Knowledge expert in national design decisions and maintain the integrity of the national workflows. Manage ongoing relationships with clients, providing account management and clinical subject matter expertise focusing on client success in utilizing Oracle's solutions specific to the behavioral health venue. Using Oracle's implementation approach and methodology, the Clinical Consultant will assist in change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, guide deployment teams through national workflow reviews and is accountable for achieving the project’s targeted outcomes.

An experienced professional who is a domain and process expert with a broad understanding of practices and solutions within the Behavioral Health area of focus. 

Design, develop, and execute data- and technology, clinical-centered solutions for the client.  

The ability to coordinate execution of integrated discussions and topics which may impact cross venue workflows. 

Acts as a point of escalation for behavioral health specific clinical workflow risks and issues. Performs independently varied and complex analysis, clinical studies, innovate new product offerings on external customer engagements.  

Strategize with business development teams and leadership to uncover opportunities and drive growth.  

Advise engagement leaders on execution and completion of custom projects within area of focus.  

Develop and leverage trusted advisor relationships to bring business opportunities.  Drive innovation and process improvement.  

Build team talent through mentoring, coaching and opportunities for growth. Effectively consults with management of external customer organizations to handle escalations and lead customer discussions.

1. Bachelors or Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to area of focus, plus 5 year related work experience.  
2. Minimum Qualifications:   At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
   1. At least 1 year of licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience
      Degree in respective clinical expertise (Behavioral Health Services, Nursing, Informatics, Health Care or related field)
   2. Certification required based on area of focus: Registered Nurse - State Board, Registered/licensed Behavioral Health Social Worker 
3. Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.  Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.  Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Background in behavioral/mental health services
2. Experience implementing large scale E.H.R. projects

US: Hiring Range: from $79,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
