Job Description
As a Vialto Partners Global Mobility Tax Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working on a challenging, evolving and varied client portfolio, with excellent opportunities to develop into the management of your own portfolio.
- Embracing the digital transformation being undertaken in our business and being motivated to drive further innovation in our day-to-day business and that of our clients. Digital innovation is a key part of our Vialto Partners Global Mobility business and we challenge ourselves to embrace and leverage technology in how we provide solutions and advice to clients.
- Assisting in the ongoing management of client relationships by direct day to day contact with key clients, including business development and participating in various consultancy projects.
- Working collaboratively with teams, reporting to experienced senior managers, directors and partners.
- Development of your own career. With sustained levels of growth in our Global Mobility tax practice, you will have an excellent opportunity to progress, specialise and travel as part of the role.
- Mentoring, coaching and supporting the development of our trainees, promoting our culture of high performance to make a difference and deliver results.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience in Tax consulting.
- AITI/CTA part/qualified (or an ambition to become qualified) with a strong academic record.
