We’re looking for a visionary leader to drive the transformation of our Access Administration engineering function, the largest and most critical component of our IAM portfolio, spanning 30+ products.

In this role, you will:

• Manage a global team of engineering managers and engineering leads
• Focus on delivering commitments aligned to enterprise strategic priorities
• Build support for strategies with business and technology leaders
• Guide development of actionable roadmaps and plans
• Identify opportunities and strategies for continuous improvement of software engineering practices
• Provide oversight to software craftsmanship, security, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions developed by the teams or third-party providers
• Identify financial management and strategic resourcing
• Set risk management guidelines and partner with stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
• Develop strategies for hiring engineering talent
• Lead implementation of projects and encourage engineering innovation
• Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
• Lead team to achieve objectives
• Interface with external agencies, regulatory bodies or industry forums
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Strategic Leadership
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications, US:

• 8+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 6+ years of Identity Governance and Administration experience
• 4+ years of Management experience
   

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and expertise with Identity Governance Toolsets such as IBM Tivoli, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Manager
• Direct experience in leading the implementation of one or more of the above tools is desired, and or experience in migrating from one to the other
• Deep IAM and IGA domain expertise and strong engineering background with a track record of leading all stages of software development, deployment, and production support
• 4+ years leading an access administration team providing strategy and technical expertise to both the team and the larger parent organization
• Excellent knowledge of access requests, approvals, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification
• Experience supporting cloud transformation and working with SaaS solutions, especially those involving Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform
• Technical engineering leader comfortable with system design and demonstrable track record of building highly reliable, scalable, and performant systems for complex use cases
• Strong hands-on experience with IAM tools and solutions
• Experience with ETL tools and data transformation
• Excellent knowledge of databases both operational and data warehouse.
• Expert at designing clean data models and managing data for high performance and scalability
• Experience with IGA connectors, reconciliation and application onboarding
• Excellent technical leader that can build and grow world class engineering teams
• Experience with Privileged Access Management

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
