Job Summary
As a Senior Security Consultant specializing in Identity Management, you will serve as a subject matter expert in Cloud-based IAM platforms, guiding clients through complex security challenges, governance models, and compliance frameworks within cloud and hybrid environments. You’ll leverage your technical acumen and business insight to deliver strategic solutions, optimize identity architectures, and drive secure transformation initiatives for large organizations.This position is remote with a Home Office setup as determined by Stratascale management.
Role Description
Provide advanced expertise in Okta, Entra and general IAM, and related technologies, delivering guidance on remediation, cloud security, governance, and compliance across core infrastructure systems.
Partner with clients to architect and implement identity management solutions, integrating automation, technical assessments, and compliance analysis.
Design and deliver governance frameworks, security architectures, compliance reporting, and risk assessments focused on identity and access management.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to qualify opportunities, support solution scoping, and ensure successful project delivery aligned with client objectives.
Assess client requirements, recommend tailored IAM solutions, and proactively identify opportunities for process and security improvement.
Lead consulting engagements, developing and executing deliverables that meet client needs and practice standards.
Create and facilitate training programs, workforce development initiatives, and enablement sessions—both in-person and remotely—on identity management and security best practices.
Participate in client and internal meetings, providing technical leadership, facilitating strategic discussions, and offering actionable recommendations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging IAM technologies (Okta, Entra/Azure AD, etc.), industry trends, and best practices in identity governance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other practice leaders to enhance integrated security capabilities and mentor less experienced consultants.
