As a key member of our small multidisciplinary design team, you will play a crucial role in designing new innovative cyber security products. Your creative problem-solving skills will be instrumental in designing intuitive and user-friendly solutions for cybersecurity applications and services including topics such as Mobile Security and Online Safety. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, possess exceptional communication and analytical thinking skills, and have a strong track record in app design, we would love to hear from you.</p><p></p><p>What you will do in the role:</p><ul><li><p>Conduct thorough research, by yourself or in collaboration with user researchers, to understand user needs, market trends, and product requirements.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders, to define problems and design solutions.</p></li><li><p>Create, iterate, and refine product design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.</p></li><li><p>Develop user-centered designs that align with brand guidelines and best practices in user experience.</p></li><li><p>Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and update design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.</p></li><li><p>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to drive continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Participate actively in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional meetings.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to defining product strategy and roadmap discussions.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>What you will need to be successful in the role:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as interaction design, human-computer interaction, user experience design, or a related discipline.</p></li><li><p>7+ years of experience in software product design, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, Mural, or similar.</p></li><li><p>Experience with agile development methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of design trends, usability principles, and accessibility standards.</p></li><li><p>Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>A comprehensive portfolio that effectively demonstrates your design process, highlighting your previous design work on complex end-to-end projects.</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English, both in written and spoken communication.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>What We Can Offer:</p><p></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Annual bonus scheme</p></li><li><p>Unlimited PTO (paid time of
