Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) – Technical Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manage medical laboratory operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing medical laboratory operations.
• Overseeing laboratory testing and quality control.
• Maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Providing technical support and guidance to junior staff.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) with 5+ years of postgraduate work experience in a high complexity testing clinical laboratory, research laboratory, and/or OCONUS laboratory setting.
• U.S. Citizen
• Must pass a NACI background check
• Must be eligible to participate in the BPRP and CS-PRP program.
• Must be able to work in a BSL-3 laboratory.

Salary Range: $54,600.00 - $95,600.00
