We are looking for an Accounting Manager throughout Netherlands but preferably at the locations Hertogenbosch (mobile working possible after training).

WHAT YOU DO WITH US:

• You take over all financial accounting tasks on your own responsibility for the Market Unit Benelux
• The preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS and local GAAP is your responsibility
• You prepare advance VAT returns, as well as recapitulative statements to the tax office
• You are responsible for compliance with all tax and commercial regulations in your daily work
• Together with your team colleagues you will work on all operational accounting topics 
• You take care of the preparation and filing of proper documentation of all financial transactions
• You act as a valuable contact person for banks, auditors, tax consultants as well as for our internal departments
• You are interested in helping to design and optimize processes and procedures in your area of focus

WHY YOU FIT IN WITH US:

• You can prove that you have a degree with a focus on finance and accounting or that you have completed training as a balance sheet accountant
• You bring extensive knowledge and professional experience in accounting (ideally in a corporate environment), as well as a sound understanding of processes and systems
• You are used to working with internal and external stakeholders (purchasing, departments, suppliers, auditors)
• You have very good accounting skills according to, IFRS and ideally Dutch GAAP
• You are a real team player and have an independent, goal-oriented and responsible way of working
• You have a hands-on mentality and very good collaboration skills to support day-to-day operations
• You are characterized by a high degree of responsibility, loyalty and commitment
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and English (spoken and written) as well as a confident handling of MS Office are prerequisites for this job
