Aerial Foreman

Utilities One is looking for a qualified Aerial Foreman to lead a crew in Alabama.

We offer you the chance to use your aerial and underground fiber-optic construction and maintenance skills in fast-paced, challenging environments while working with one of America's fastest-growing construction firms.

Responsibilities:

• Hiring, training, overseeing, and supporting the aerial crew is the primary duty;
• Install aerial and underground telecommunications cabling, boring, trenching, etc.;
• Undertake pole removal, pole transfers, and set and install new aerial cables;
• Keep a detailed record of work activity;
• Access construction points as required;
• Perform other related duties in Utility construction as assigned in order to complete a project.

Requirements

• A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is a must;
• Previous OSP Foreman experience;
• Willing to travel to different job sites;
• Proficient in new build, coax & fiber installation, and pole transfers;
• Proficient in performing different kinds of activity & production reports.
